Ingredients
2 # Chicken Breast cut into pieces1 can of cream of mushroom soup1 can of water8 oz neufchatel cheese1 pkg. dry italian salad dressing mix1 # fettuccin (or spaghetti noodles) cooked
Directions
Place chicken pieces in 9X 13 pan. Blend together: cream of mushroom soup, water and cheese. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with seasoning mix. cook @ 350 for 1 hour. Serve over noodles (or rice).

    This was very good and easy to make. I did sub. Cream of chicken instead of mushroom. Similar to alfredo, but MUCH better. - 4/23/07
