Shredded Chicken and Cabbage

4 cups shredded cabbage1 cup chopped onions4 pieces of chicken breast 2 tsp garlic2 tbsp olive oil4 tbsp Teriyaki Sauce (look for lower sodium ones)
Cut the chicken into small pieces. In a large pan, sautee the garlic and onions in the olive oil for a few minutes. Add the chicken strips. When the chicken is partially cooked (about 4-5 minutes), add the cabbage and teriyaki sauce. Mix well. Cover and let the mixture cook until the cabbage is soft.
