Dee's Tuna Dee-lite

Ingredients
2 Ryvita (dark rye) crackers (*can also use whole wheat bread)1 leaf iceberg lettuce, cut (ripped) in half1 can white albacore tuna, Canned in Water1 cup diced raw celery1/2 cup diced red peppers1 tsp. black pepper1 tbsp Miracle Whip Light Dressing1 tsp. honey mustardOPTIONAL: shredded cheese for Tuna Melt
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl (except lettuce and crackers or bread)
Place cracker on plate, top with 1/2 leaf of lettuce each
Add tuna mix and enjoy!

**If making Tuna Melt, add shredded cheese on top and bake in a toaster oven until cheese melts.
