Lil' Sweet and Salty Mix

Ingredients
7 tablespoons of chocolate covered sunflower seeds3/4 of slivered unsalted almonds (100 grams)1.5 cups of dried fruit (I use apricots)2 cups roasted and salted soy beans1.25 cups peanuts (6 oz)
Directions
I only eat 1/8 of a cup at a time because I use it as a snack to help boost my protein and fiber - so my serving size is approx. 16

Add all ingrediants together (I usually go by size from large to small for order) and then scoop out the serving size you want.

I picked these nuts and the fruit by what I like to eat and what won't make too much of a mess for me, you may wish to alter it to your own tastes.
