Simple Shoyu Chicken

Ingredients
Directions
1 frozen chicken breast halved OR 6 chicken tenders1 Tbsp soy sauce2-4 Tbsp sugar (depending how sweet you like it)1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar (optional)1 c water
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil, then drop the heat to a simmer.
Boil for 7-10 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Arrange chicken over a mound of rice and pour leftover sauce over everything.
Add some sliced scallions, if you like them.
Don't forget to serve w/ plenty of veggies!
