Pineapple Upside Down Cake

Ingredients
Use 11" skillet.(1/2 the recipe for an 8" skillet)Melt 1 stick margarine ( I use butter) in skilletAdd 1/2 cup brown sugarPut in pineapple slicesFill 1/3 to 1/2 white or yellow cake mix (I prefer yellow) mixed very thickCoverStart on MEDIUM heatWhen cover is hot, turn to LOCheck for done 10 minutes after turned*Times may vary depending on what type of skillet you use.
Directions
Makes 16 ; 1 - 1 1/2'" pie slices
Cook for 20 minutes and then check for doneness. You may have to cook it a little bit longer depending on your skillet.
