Health Molasses Loaf

Ingredients
1 cup flour1 tsp salt1 tsp baking soda1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour1/2 cup brown sugar1/4 cup canola oil1 egg beaten1 cup sour milk (milk plus 0.25tsp of vinegar)1/2 cup molasses1/4 cup flax seed1/4 cup cranberries1/4 cup sunflower seeds2 tbsp sesame seeds1/4 cup wheatgerm1/4 cup crushed pecans1/4 cup raisins
Directions
Sift flour, salt and baking soda, add whole wheat flour and sugar. Combine wet ingredients in seperate bowl. Add seeds, nuts, wheat germ, raisins and cranberries into the dry mixture. Pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir until flour has been moistened.

Pour into prepared loaf pan or 8X8 square pan. Bake 325 degrees for 1 hour for loaf pan and 30 minutes for square pan.
