COBB Salad

Ingredients
Lettuce - any kind - 1.5 cupsegg - hardboiled - 1peas - cooked - 1/2 cupcorn - cooked - 1/2 cupchicken - cooked, lean & sliced - 2.5 ozshredded mozza cheese - 1/3 cup or 30 gramsbacon bits - 2 tbspcherry tomatoes - 7 eachescranberries - dried - 1/3 cupPepper - to taste
Directions
Have roasted lean chicken breast prepared the day before.
Do the same with the peas, corn and hardboiled egg.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and lightly season with onion bits.
Simply lay out the ingredient in sections. (See photo.)
Lettuce, corn, peas, chicken, shredded cheese, cranberries, bacon & cherry tomatoes.
