Meatloaf with cheese and bacon in a tomato sauce

1lb/454 gr - Minced / Ground Beef - about 18%fat4 slices - Ryvita Dark Rye - crushed into crumbs2 medium Eggs, beaten2 tbsp - Italian SeasoningGarlic powder, 1.5 tsp (remove)onion granules, 2 tsp (remove)1 can (400 gr) chopped tomatoes1/3 cup Ketchup2 slices (about 20gr) canadian bacon - fat removed
Take chopped tomatoes and ketchupand put in a saucepan simmering over medium heat for about 10 minutes until the sauce is fairly thick and no longer watery from the can of tomaotes.
In a large bowl mix together crushed Ryvita, onion granules, garlic powder and italian seaoning. Chop up Bacon and add to this.
Beat eggs and add to the mix together with the beef and 50 grams of the cheese. When the sauce is finished mix in about 1/3 to half of this into the beef mixture. With your hands form a loan and put into a loaf pan. Cover the top with a layer of the tomato sauce reserving enough to serve hot overtop when it is served.
Sprinkle the remaining chees on top and cook at 375 for about an hour.
