1/2 c pasta (orzo, angel hair or vermicilli)1 1/2 c rice2 1/4 c water1/8 c butter
break the pasta into small enough pieces to fit into the 1/2 c. measuring cup.
brown pasta in butter over medium heat, stirring continually
add rice, mix. add water. bring to a boil. cover. reduce heat to lowest setting. cook 20 minutes.
