GOOD;IS BLAND THOUGH! ADD IN 1/4 tsp.. CUMIN, 1/4 tsp. RED PEPPER FLAKES 1/2 tsp. SEASONED BLACK PEPPER & 1/4 CUP CHOPPED FRESH CILANTRO. SODIUM IS WAY TOO HIGH ALSO! - 6/16/09

I add green chilies or green enchilada sauce to the cream cheese mixture. I dont use the salsa. I also perfer corn tortillas-ads more flavor. Throw in refried beans of blackbeans and corn. Yummy. I use sharp cheddar reduced fat cheese instead of fat free, and I just use less of it. - 12/9/10

I have made these twice now with some modifications, I dont like onions so I omit those and add chili powder to the cheese mix. I also top them with smooth taco sauce instead of salsa. whole family loves them - 6/13/09

I haven't tried this yet, but I wanted to say if you hit the fat free cheese with s spritz of pam it will melt nicely. - 7/24/09

I think this a good base for alot of things. But you really need to jazz up the cream cheese mixture. I added some green onion, alot of black pepper and junt a dash of Worchestershire. It worked and they were pretty good. Will keep experimenting the next time I make it. - 6/7/10

Pretty good. Big hit with my hubby. I added deer meat for more filling texture and some of the seasonings added below instead of taco seasoning. Next time I will try it with chicken. He likes it with some taco sauce on top after it bakes. If you spray the pan before it makes the bottoms crispy! - 12/6/10

I made this last week but I used regular tortillas (I'll try the low carb ones next time) and I used the 1/3 less fat cream cheese AND I also added 96% lean ground beef with taco seasoning. SO YUMMY! I'll try the fat free cream cheese next time. - 4/30/10

I agree with MISSAYN. I have tried several times to use fat free cheese and just can't deal with the non-flavor and texture. My daughter has a recipe similar (with full fat cheese) that is yummy. - 7/1/09

I want to try these with green chilis. Think it will help with the blandness some are talking about. - 7/1/09

I live in Texas...They would though me out of the state if I made this! Take out the cream cheese and use green chili enchilada sauce. You can also add ground turkey. And you could use Fat free Sour cream. - 2/23/16

I put a little leftover chicken in the filling. Instead of salsa on top, I used stewed tomatoes. - 1/1/11

haven't tried these yet, but will =). just wondering - is the sodium count including ALL 6 servings? - 4/24/10

I bet if you add some lean beef (96/4) to the mixture and get the 2% cheese instead of the fat free, then this will be great! You can moderate your portions & have a richer taste. - 2/1/10

I really wanted to try it but the sodium level is outrageously high. Might have to alter and re-enter ingredients myself to get a better sodium level. - 8/11/09

This sounds pretty good. Instead of the fat free cheese though I'm going to use real cheese. Just don't like anything that really isn't what it says it is. Anything thats fat free is man made but that's just my hang up. sure, the enchiladas will be a little more caloric BUT I bet they'll be good. - 6/11/09
