Asparagus Spears

Ingredients
3/4 lb asparagus spears1 1/2 tsp olive oil1/2 tsp minced garlic1 tsp balsamic vinegar2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheesesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 F. Trim tough ends of asparagus.

Spray small baking sheet with cooking spray. Arrange asparagus in a single layer. Drizzle with olive oil and garlic and mix with your hand to coat.

Roast for 12 to 15 minutes.

Put on serving plate and sprinkle with vinegar, salt, pepper and Parmesan.

Feta works nicely for this dish as well.
