Low-fat drop cookies

Ingredients
3 egg whites40 ml light corn oil2 cups self raising flour1 cup brown sugar
Directions
Turn on the oven to 180°C. Line a cookie sheet with a baking paper, set aside.
Beat the egg whites with the hand electric mixer until the soft peaks form. Gradually add the oil, continue to beat. Add the sugar while still beating. Contine to beat until fluffy.
Pour the flour into a large mixing bowl, make a well in the center and add the egg whites mixture. Stir with a wooden spoon until combined. Drop by a teaspoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheet. Bake about 15 minutes. Do not let them to brown too much.
