Egg Salad

Ingredients
1 Harboiled Egg, 1 Hard boiled egg with yolk removed. 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp Light Mayo, 1 tsp yellow mustard, a dash of black pepper, and a dash of dried dill weed.
Directions
Chop one whole hard boiled egg, and 1 hard boiled egg white in a bowl. Add mayo and mustard and mix. Add pepper and dill weed to taste. Serve on bread, a bed of lettuce, or crackers if you prefer.
