Meatloaf in Loaf Pans

Ingredients
3 lbs. Ground Chuck 80% Lean1 box Stove Top Stuffing -- Savory Herbs1 egg
Directions
In a large bowl, place beef, stuffing mix, and one egg. Mix thoroughly.
Lightly spray 12 small loaf pans and evenly place meat mixture into the pans.
Cook on 375 degrees for approx. one hour.

Wrap unused loaves in aluminum foil. Keeps very well and makes great sandwiches.
