Ingredients
Cucumber (with peel), 1 cucumber (8-1/4") (remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large whole (3" dia) (remove)Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup (remove)Feta Cheese, 1 cup, crumbled (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)Kraft Greek Feta with Oregano (Calorie Wise), 10 tbsp (remove)Black Olives, 15 jumbo (remove)
Directions
Cut or chop all ingredients and add all together.
Makes approximately 6 cups or 6 servings
