Whole Wheat Pizza

1 c hot water1 pkg yeast2 cups whole wheat flour1 T honey10 oz mozzerella cheese1 jar pizza sauce
Dissolve yeast in water, add honey give a quick stir and let sit for 15 minutes.
Add flour (I also add some garlic powder and dried oregano to some extra flavor), mix and knead until dough forms. I use a kitchaid mixer and let it knead the dough for a couple minutes.
Cover and let rise for 15-18 minutes. Spread out on greased cookie sheet add sauce and toppings and bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
Serves 8, serving size one peice
