Ingredients
With the grill mates add chicken seasoning instead of steak seasoning. Take the chicken and but little seasoning on both side and honey on both side Next, pound it chicken with a meat tenderizer. Put in oven at 350* for 15-30 minutes depending on thickness of chicken. take out and enjoy.
Directions
This recipes serves two but you can make as many as you want just double the recipes. This is great over brown rice.
