11oz Ronzoni Smart Taste Rotini Pasta2 5oz. cans Chunk Light Tuna1/2c. frozen peas and carrots1/3c. celery, diced1/3c. onion, diced1/3c. red bell pepper, diced1 can 98% fat free condensed cream of mushroom soup1/4c. Hellman's light mayonaisse1/4c. reduced fat sour cream1/4c. plain bread crumbs2Tbsp. Kraft Shredded Pamesan, Romano, and Asiago cheeses
Preheat oven to 375 degrees farenheit.
Cook pasta according to package directions for "very firm"
Combine first nine ingredients, spread evenly into an 11x7 inch baking dish. Cover with lid or foil, bake for 45 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle with bread crumbs and cheese, bake for additional 15 minutes. Makes 6 servings
