Ingredients
Directions
i cup boiling wateri packet sugar free gelatin2 cups fruit juice1 cup sugar1 cup fruit
Mix sugar and gelatin in boiling water for 2 minutes
Add fruit juice and mix thoroughly
Add fruit
Blend all together until liquid and chill in fridge.
Place all ingredients in ice cream maker and prepare according to usual directions
or
Reserve 8 oz of mixture and refigerate
Freeze remaining ingredients in ice cube trays until firm (3 hrs)
Place frozen cubes and reserved mixture in a food processor and blend until smooth.
