Ingredients
Directions
3 cans of chunk tuna light in water, drained1 sleeve of Ritz crackers, crushed1 medium onion, chopped2 large eggs1 TBSP vegetable oil
Combine all ingredients, except the oil, in one big bowl. Mix together (best to use your hands, fun for kids to help). Refridgerate for 1 hour for ingredients to really stick. When done refridgerating, remove and begin to make patties out of the "dough". Should make about 8 patties. Pre-heat skillet with oil to a little over medium heat. Place patties in skillet and fry just long enough to brown the outside of the pattie (about 1 min. for each side).
Enjoy!
