1 tbsp of butterblock tofuhalf onioncup of mushroomscan of condensed mushroom soup (8 oz)container of sour cream, reduced fat (8 oz)3 cups of egg noodles
Put butter into pan
brown onions and tofu
put in mushrooms, stir around
stir in can of soup and sour cream
cook until hot
serve over egg noodles
