Soba and Slaw Salad with Peanut Dressing

Ingredients
6 ounces uncooked soba noodles6 cups shredded red cabbage2 cups grated carrots3/4 cup thinly sliced green onions8 ounces cooked shrimp4 Tablespoons soy sauce4 Tablespoons rice vinegar1 Tablespoon canola oil3 Tablespoons peanut butter2 teaspoons Thai chili paste with garlic
Directions
*Cook noodles according to Package directions
*Combine noodles, cabbage, carrot, green onion and shrimp in a large bowl.
*Combine soy sauce and rest of ingredience in a small bowl; stir with a wisk.
*Add dressing to salad, toss to coat.

Serve with chopped peanuts (not included in calories)
