Posole Chicken

Ingredients
3 15 1/2 ounce cans Hominy drained12 ounces chicken sliced in small strips1 Jalapeno deeded and chopped1 tbs olive oilRed chiles to taste3 cloves garlic1 onion chopped1 bunch cilantro
Directions
Boil chicken breast(s) in 2 quarts water with onion , garlic, jalapeno and red chili.
Remove chicken when done slice and return to pot.
Skim fat from top of pot.
Add chicken broth
Simmer for 30 minutes
Chop cilantro
Wedge fresh limes
Chop onion if desires
Serve add cilantro , lime juice, onion and oregano to taste.
