2 tbsp Cider Vinegar 16 oz Pork Chops (pork loin), roasted 1 slice, large (1/4" thick) Onions, raw 1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Sweet peppers (bell) 2 tbsp Honey 4.50 serving Dole Pineapple Slices in 100% pineapple juice (2 slices) 2 tbsp Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar 4 tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce 2.5 cup Brown Rice, medium grain
Spray skillet, heat over medium heat, Add bell pepper and onions, cook and stir for 2-3 minutes. Add cooked pork strips, cook and stir 3-4 minutes till heated.
Meanwhile, measure soy sauce into a 1 cup glass measuring cup. Add cornstarch, five spice powder, blend. Stir in sherry, honey, vinegar and enough pineapple juice to equal 1 cup. Stir into pork mixture in skillet. Stir till thick. Add pineapple chunks and serve over hot rice.
