Ingredients
Gluten free tortillaTomato and herbs40g mozzerella30g feta30g baconspinach4 button mushrooms5 olives5 cherry tomatoes (sliced into 3s)onion
Directions
Spread tomato puree on tortilla and then add the grated mozzarella. Add other ingredients and finish with crumbled feta.

Bake in oven at 200C for 10 - 12 minutes
