Sweet and Sour Red Cabbage

Ingredients
1/2 head of red cabbage1 cup water1/2 cup canola oil1/2 cup cider vinegar1/2 cup brown sugar
Directions
Slice cabbage and add to large stock pot. Add water, cover and steam for about 15 min. Combine vinegar, oil and brown sugar, add to pot. Cover and cook for another 15 min. Remove cover and cook another 15 min. Makes 8 servings
