Pork & Beef Meat Balls

Ingredients
* Egg, fresh, 2 large * Ground Pork, 550oz * Ground beef, extra lean, 1260oz * Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 1 cup
Directions
Mix all together with clean hands (easier than mixing with spoon) Make 54 meatballs & place them on a tin foil lined cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 for 30 min

1 serving = 1 meatball

    54 servings? 1810 oz of meat? Wow! I tried making this recipe on a much smaller scale...but it was very bland. I think next time I will add a lot of herbs and salt. - 11/9/09
