1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed, drained1 1/2 cups chopped tomatoes1 1/2 cups cooked brown rice1 pkg. (3.5 oz) Crumbled Athenos Reduced Fat Feta Cheese1/2 cup each chopped celery and green onions1/2 cup Kraft Light Done Right Italian Dressing2 T. chopped fresh parsley
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate. Makes 5 servings.
