Amazing easy grilled zucchini

Ingredients
1 whole zucchini or summer squash2 tbsps olive oilsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cut unpeeled zucchini (or squash) lengthwise in 1/4" - 1/2" slices. You can use a cheese slicer (the Y-shaped kind with the wire) to get very even slices which is important to get even grilling.

Lay zucchini in a shallow plate and brush with olive oil and salt and pepper. Place on grill oiled side down. While on grill brush other side with oil and salt and pepper again.

I make this for my partner and I and we just split into two healthy portions. They're so low cal and good for you we just enjoy.
