Rhubarb Crumble

Ingredients
* Margarin, 100 gram(s) * Flour, white, .6 cup * Oats, .6 cup * Brown Sugar, 3 tsp unpacked * *Rhubarb, 4.2 cup, diced * potatis mjol, 12 gram(s) (thickening) * Brown Sugar, .6 cup, unpacked
Directions
Combine first 4 ingredients to a grainy mass.
Combine sugar and thickening.
Cut rhubarbs into small pieces.
Layer rhubarbs and sugar mixture. Top off with flour and margarine mixture.
Bake in oven at 225C (430F) for 45 minutes to an hour.
Serve with vanilla ice cream
