Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cupOld Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal 1.5 CupBaking Powder, 2 tspSalt, .5 tspHoney, 2 tbspWater 1 cupHorizon Organic Fat Free Yogurt, Plain, 0.25 cup
Grind the oatmeal in blender. Reserve .5 cup of whole wheat flour. Combine ground oatmeal salt ,remaining flour, and baking powder. Mix well and add the water, olive oil, honey, and yogurt. Combine until a dough forms. Add the reserved flour until the desired consistency is reached.
Divide the dough in thirds and top each third with the desired toppings. Bake for appx. 15 min in a 400 degree oven.
