Zucchini Cookies

1/2 cup margarine1/2 cup brown sugar1/2 cup white sugar1 large egg1 cup grated unpeeled zucchini1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp baking powder3/4 tsp ground cloves1 tbsp cinnamon1/2 tsp salt1/2 cup raisins
In a medium bowl, cream together the margarine and sugars; add egg; beat well. Add grated zucchini; mix well.
Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, spices and salt; add to creamed mixture; mix well. Add fruit and raisins; mix well.
Drop mixture by the well-rounded tablespoon (or teaspoon if a smaller cookie is desired), onto a greased cookie sheet; press each mound flat with the back of a spoon dipped in sugar.
Bake at 350F for 12 - 15 mins. (10 minutes for smaller cookies).
