Ingredients
2 c. Finely chopped cauliflower 1 c. Shredded Carrots1 c. Chopped Celery1/2 c. Thinly sliced onion ( I like purple)2 T toasted sesame seeds1 tsp. ginger ( to taste)1 tsp. garlic ( to taste)DRESSING4 T Tamari or low sodium soy sauce2 T Sesame Oil
Directions
Spoon cauliflower into bowl. That is your rice.

Add shredded carrots, chopped celery, diced onions, sesame seeds, ginger, and garlic

Pour the dressing over the veggies and toss well.

ENJOY!
