Vegetable Tofu Stir Fry

Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil1/2 onion, sliced2 cloves of garlic, sliced1 cup broccoli florets1/2 red pepper, sliced6 large mushrooms, halved1 teaspoon soy sauce8oz tofu cubbedfresh cliantro, chopped (optional)1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Directions
In a wok or large skillet heat oil over med-high heat. Add onion and garlic; stir fry 2 minutes. Add broccoli, bell peppers, mushrooms and soy sauce; stir fry untl vegetables are crisp-tender, 2 to 3 minutes. Add tofu, green onions; stir fry till heated through.
