Pink Cupcakes

Ingredients
6 TBSP butter2 eggs1 cup milk4 tsp baking powder.5 tsp salt.25 of a box of Strawberry Jello Powder1 tsp coconut extract2 cups white flour1 cup splenda
Directions
Cream butter and splenda. Add beaten eggs and milk.

Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and dry Jello. Jello measurement says cup but it is actually 1/4 of the package of dry powder. Add to above mixture. Add coconut flavoring. Mix well. Place in cupcake pan and bake 12 minutes at 390 degrees.
