Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients
2 cups boneless chicken, cut into small cubes** ** 3 whole boneless chicken breasts are perfect or 2 large containers of canned chicken2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese1 cup red hot sauce (medium to hot spice)3/4 cup celery, chopped into tiny pieces (OPTIONAL)1 cup ranch dressing (from bottle)1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
Boil chicken in water, until cooked (white). Remove from water. Tear or cut into small pieces.

Combine chicken, cream cheese, hot sauce, and celery in sauce pan. Bring to boil (or until cream cheese is melted).

Remove from heat. Add ranch dressing. Pour into casserole dish. Mix in cheddar cheese

Bake at 350 degrees F for 15-30 minutes.

Best served with tortilla chips and celery sticks.
