Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
1 cup raw carrots - chopped or shredded1 cup green onions (scallions) - chopped1 cup green bell pepper- chopped1 tbsp thyme1 tsp salt1 tsp pepper1 lb ground turkey, 93% lean if possibleWhole Grain Wheat Bun x4olive oil - brush your patties with this before and during cooking
Directions
Mix carrots, scallions (or green onions), green peppers, thyme, salt, pepper, ground turkey in a bowl. Makes 4 patties. Brush with olive oil before and during cooking.
Broil in the oven or cook on the grill.
Serve on your wheat bun with ranch dressing as a topping if desired. I like it this way best. Different strokes for different folks. :)
