Carbonara Wrap

Ingredients
4 - Flat Out Light Original Flatbread10 ounces cooked boneless skinless chicken4 slices bacon, cooked8 medium mushrooms, sliced4 slices red onion1 cup fat free cottage cheese1/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Directions
Saute onions and mushrooms until soft. Add chicken and bacon. Meanwhile, combine cottage cheese and parmesan cheese. Microwave cheeses in 30 second intervals until mostly melted. Add to pan with mushrooms, onions, chicken and bacon until all is combined. Divide mixture onto 4 flatbread wraps.
