Defrost broccoli and spinach, place in clean kitchen towel and squeeze to drain all liquid. Mix together all ingredients except bread crumbs. Shape by pressing with palms into small chicken nugget size pieces (maybe a bit bigger). Roll in bread crumbs and bake on 450 for 10 minutes. May broil last minute if desired.
