Ingredients
3 lbs flank steak, small to medium pieces1/8 can of beer (I use miller lite)1 tsp each salt & pepper1 lemon
Directions
Combine salt & pepper.
Season meat w/salt & pepper
Marinate meat in beer & juice from lemon for 2 1/2 hours.
Grill to your liking.
