Parmesan Chicken

Ingredients
4 (4 ounces) skinless boneless chicken breast halves1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs1/2 tsp dried basil1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese1/4 cup egg beaters1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil1 tbsp margarine
Directions
Flatten chicken to 1/4-in. thickness. In a shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and basil. In another bowl, pour egg beaters. Dip chicken into egg, then coat with crumb mixture. In a large skillet, brown chicken in butter and oil over medium heat for 3-5 minutes on each side or until juices run clear.
