zucchini and peppers

Ingredients
1 large zucchini1Green pepper1 red pepper1 banana pepper1 red tomato1 onion2 TBS Extra- virgin olive oilitalian seasoning
Directions
Take a zucchini cut it length wize the cut into 1" chunks. Dice green pepper, red pepper, banana pepper, red tomato and onion. All into chunks

Place 2 TBS of EVOO into large skillet. Start heating.

When oil is hot place all veggies in pan stirring constantly. When Zucchini is no longer hard it is finished.

Before removing from pan sprinkle with Italian seasoning and stir.
