12 potatoes4 c. skim milkVelveeta made with 2% Milk4 Kraft Fat Free Slices Amercian CheeseSmart Balance Omega Light 2 Tlbs.Pepper
Spray the crock pot with Pam Olive Oil . Peel potatoes and wash. Slice them up thin. I like layer the potatoes with cheeses and pepper. Then I add the skim milk. Depends but I start out high, then low when I can't watch it. BTW, I don't salt when cooking.
There will be times it is like watery when it's cooking. I like stir. it so often. Not sure how many this serves but it just rough estimate. It's lower in fat than what I do originally. I like esp. doing this big gatherings.
