Egg Substitute 1/2 cupFat Free Cheese 1 sliceTurkey Sausage Links 2La Tortilla Factory Lo Carb Large Torilla2 Tbs Chopped Peppers1 Tbs raw red onion2 tbs Salsa
Lay Tortilla flat with 1 slice of cheese broken into 2 halves down the middle of the tortilla. In two small pans cook sausage in one, egg in another. Place hot egg on cheese to melt. Add red pepper, onion, and salsa. Finish with 2 sausage links down the center, or broken up into small pieces. Fold burrito up and enjoy!
