Mom's Potatoes

Ingredients
Potatoes, onions, chillies, green beans, oil, Barbeque spice, garlic.
Directions
Slice potatoes into 5cm thick slices. Cut green beans into desired lenghts. Chop chilli fine. Place oil into a thick based pan and heat on high. When oil is hot, add onions and fry until clear or slightly brown. Put heat on medium. Add garlic, chilli, green beans and a little of the spice. Sautee for about 5min, then layer potatoes on top of onion mix. Sprinkle leftover spice onto potatoes and add a little water, just enough to stop pan from burning. Place lid on top and stir with a flat spoon every 5-10min until potatoes are soft and brown. You can add water as you need to keep pan from burning. Serves 2.
