2 large eggs1 cup brown sugar4 banana's (over ripe)1 cup nuts (I use half walnuts/half pecans)1 tbs 2% milk1 stick butter2 cups whole wheat flour1 tsp baking power1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1/4 c ground flax1/2 c millet
cream butter and sugar. add eggs, bananas, and milk. Mix well. Add dry ingrediants. Makes 1 loaf. Bake in a bread pan at 350 for 65-75 minutes. (times may vary based on your oven)
