Japanese Noodle Salad

Ingredients
1 head of cabbage sliced thin4 baby carrots or 1 med carrot shredded1/4 cup Green Onion sliced1/2 cup sunflower seeds1/2 cup oil3 TBS Vinegar3.5 tsp SugarSalt & Pepper to taste1 Pkg Ramen Noodles(your choice of flavor)
Directions
Slice cabbage into big bowl. Slice green onion & grate carrots add to cabbage. Mix Oil, noodle seasoning packet, vinegar, sugar together well. Crunch up dry noodles and add to cabbage mixture. Add sunflower seeds if desired. Place dressing & salad in refrigerator to cool completely..add dressing just before serving to keep noodles crispy.
