Spinach and Cottage Cheese Quesadilla

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups of Nonfat Cottage Cheese32 Corn Tortillas1 can of Spinach1/2 cup of Shredded Cheese
Directions
1. Open your can of spinach and pour it in a strainer to drain. (try to get all the liquid out so the quesadilla won't be too moist) and warm up your pan/ griddle

2. Mix together your cottage cheese, shredded cheese, and spinach together.

3. Warm the tortilla and then put about one table spoon of your mixture on the tortilla and spread it a round. Fold the quesadilla in half. Brown it to your liking and eat :)

This should make about 32 half quesadillas, or about 16 with 2 tortillas and 2 tbs each.
