Chicken Broth of choice16 oz can of diced tomatoespound of ground pork sausagedried ancho chilis1 egg2oz of snack pretzels(ground)salt and pepper to tastecayenne to taste1 can of black beans rinsed1 can of corn drained
Mix the sausage, pretzels, eggs, cayenne, salt and pepper into a meatloaf like texture. Make approx 20 meatballs, then set aside.
Bring chicken broth Basil, dried whole ancho chilis to a boil for 20 min, add dieced tomatoes simmer for 30 min, then add meatballs and simmer for approx an hour.
